Ahhhhh the end of summer break. Here in Brasil it isn't summer, but the kids have been on break for the past month. They go "Back to School" on the second of August. Mom is really happy to have a morning break from all the fighting. So how am I celebrating this event?  With a FREEBIE of course.

Rebecca of Twin Mom Scraps has an AMAZING new kit in her stores. It is called Schools In. Unlike a lot of back to school type kits this one is not overly bright. It worked super well with Bella's Kindy pics. Oh that seems like forever ago.

Welcome to everyone. Welcome Back to those who have been here before. Welcome to those who are finding me for the first time. My spirits are up today. The sun finally came out on Wed. and the rain has only been falling at night. The August winds are starting a wee bit early this year. That has to be a good sign. It is still not "beach" weather yet, the high winds make the ocean extremely dangerous. We will be back to the beach soon though.
Usually I like to show off my previous weeks work, but today I am too excited about something else to pull out ALL my pages. I have been secretly working with a Brand New Designer. I was so honored to get onto her CT, and even more excited when I DLd her first kit. I could not believe the quality of every peice. I am just learning about QC so I have only recently been really concerned with things like jagged edges & stray pixels. Her kits are as perfect as they get. AND she has an incredible talent for design.

Once again I am a bit late in posting here. Sorry about that. Here is my excuse this time. We had some major problems with our ISP. YUCK! So we canceled our contract & had to wait for more than a week for the new internet provider to install our new internet. The good news in all this is that we ended up going from a dial up speed to digital. Crazy fast compared to what it was.
I did a little bit during my time off, but not as much as I could have, lol. The family (husband mostly) seemed to think that with no internet I had more time for Housework DOUBLE YUCK!!  I did however get some things done. Including a couple of Feebies.
The first freebie comes along side some good news (for me). I am now hosting the Template Challenge at Sunflower Scraps Boutique.

This is what I created with this template. I used Sunny Day Scraps kit called Tropical Paradise The name says it all.

AND my other projects - (another freebie at the end of the post too).

I used the fantasitcly fun kit called Backyard Critters by Sunny Day Scraps for the first two pages. 

I made a beautiful page using my little Angel photo when she was so so tiny. The kit was Rumki Designs kit called Treasured Memories. A gorgeous vintage type kit.

And finally one of my favorite LO's I have created. I used a kit called Tilly by Designs by Krista. An absoultely beautiful kit. Here is my LO called Sweet as can Be.

I just loved this LO & got so much positive feedback in the galleries on this one, I got special permission from the kit designer (Krista) to offer it up to all as a FREEBIE! Thanks to Krista and check out her store She has some amazing kits there.
